Kris Barrow, NSCA – CPT, NPTI – CPT, NPTI – CNC
Kris has been enthusiastically training individuals for 6 years. He is certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a personal trainer and by the National Personal Training Institute as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant. His specialties include weight loss, post rehabilitation, and lifestyle coaching. Kris started his career in Denver, where he worked full-time in a physical therapy office while doing independent-contract personal training on the side at various gyms. Kris then moved to Northern Colorado and worked as a mobile personal trainer for two years before partnering with Matt Biedron, creating On The Run Fitness. Kris’ knowledge and services have been recognized in several local newspaper and magazine articles, and he has often been requested to speak on the subject of physical fitness. In his free time, Kris enjoys swimming, running, and spending quality time with his wife, 2 kids, and numerous pets. |

Matt Biedron, NASM, ISSA
Matt Biedron is a certified personal trainer (NASM, ISSA) with 7+ years of experience helping people achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. His experience as wrestling and cross country/track athlete in high school inspired him to become an assistant track coach at Loveland High School in Loveland, CO, followed by five years of personal training at All Star Fitness in Seattle, WA. During this time, Matt co-hosted a weekly fitness television program and was a finalist in The Discovery Channel fit contest. In 2005 he helped open a strength training gym in Phoenix, AZ, while independently training collegiate athletic runners. Matt specializes in 6- and 12-week body transformations and nutritional program development. In his free time, Matt enjoys running with friends and family, hiking, and spending time with his wife. |
