180 Wellness Challenge
The 180 Wellness Challenge runs 12 weeks. In that time period the main goal is to jump start the company’s fitness program. Qualified wellness professionals work side by side with the company’s staff to ensure the program is set up effectively to fit employees’ needs and to maximize results. At the conclusion of the program we recommend taking advantage of On the Run Fitness’s maintenance programs to ensure continued success.No long term contracts.

Leadership is key in the success of a wellness program. We work with the company to designate leaders who keep their teams engaged, excited and successful.Points System
The challenge is a contest based on a point system that equally benefits fit and non-fit participants.Fit Checks
Every 2 weeks throughout the 180 Wellness Challenge, employees participate in a 5 minute confidential fit check to chart their progress. On the Run Fitness tracks body fat percentage, blood pressure, weight, and recent activity. All statistics are collected and monitored by On the Run Fitness staff and participants receive awards based on success, as well as tip sheets and recipe cards.Mini-Challenges
These provide extra incentives throughout the 12 week program and give teams a chance to earn more points. Challenges can be tailored to reach the needs of your company. Previous mini-challenges have included: Steps Challenge, Healthy Eating Challenge, and Lifestyle Change Challenge.Educational Sessions & Lunch N’ Learns
These sessions are held periodically for small groups of employees to learn from and speak with a professional on a variety of health and wellness topics, including metabolism, eliminating excuses, core stabilization and weight management.Newsletters
All 180 Wellness Challenge participants receive our Fitness Focus email newsletter every two weeks.Prizes
Throughout the program and at its conclusion, prizes are awarded. These prizes can be purchased by On the Run Fitness for 10% over our cost, or by the company itself.Back to the top.
